Introduction:
Frank O. Gehry is one of today's most important architects. Frank Gehry likes to use unusual materials for his architecture and furniture and with the furniture series "Easy Edges" from 1972 he succeeded in lending such everyday material as cardboard a new aesthetic dimension. Although they appear unbelievably simple "Easy Edges" are constructed with the architect's care as well as being very robust and stable. Four models from the series - Side Chair, Wiggle Side Chair, Dining Table and Low Table Set - are now being produced by Vitra.

This Wiggle Side Chair consists of a repeatedly bent contour consisting of approx. 60 layers of cardboard held together by hidden screws. Fibreboard edging. A great conversation piece as well as delightful to sit in! Pair with Gehry's dining table or low table set (as shown below) on our website.
